Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Integrative Family Therapy, a virtual counseling practice based in Encinitas, California, is looking for an Associate Marriage and Family Therapists to join our team. Therapist must have a strong interest in working with couples and families. We offer an attachment-based and holistic approach to counseling so the ideal candidate will be acquainted with attachment theory and wellness practices. We are looking for therapists that are independent, driven, professional, collaborative, have a thirst for learning and growth, and model vibrant self care. This is the perfect position for a prelicensed therapist that wants to work in a boutique practice setting. Therapists at IFT will be able to focus on doing excellent work with their clients while we promote you and handle the busy work. Candidate will be employee status.

Minimum Requirements are:
-Masters Degree
-Current Registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with the BBS
-Willing to see a minimum of 10 clients a week or more
-Willing to work one evening per week
-Willing to run one or more group per week
-Comfortable with telehealth
-Able to have caseload developed over a 3 - 6 month period
-Working knowledge of attachment theory
-Interest in wellness and holistic health
Preferred Requirements:
-Emotionally Focused Therapy training including Externship
-Experience and interest in play/child therapy and therapy with adolescents
