We are a small group of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists that specialize in couples and family therapy. We offer a relational approach to counseling and are trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy. We provide confidential online therapy as well as in-office appointments in Cardiff, California. Let me start by saying, I love my kids deeply and I love being a mother. Yet those early years of parenting babies, toddlers, and kindergarteners were hard!
