Integrative Family Therapy, a growing psychotherapy practice based in Encinitas, California, is looking for a Client Care Coordinator to join our team. Integrative Family Therapy provides a relational and holistic approach to counseling. We are looking for a warm, confident, engaging, and qualified individual to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and community members. This position involves:
- Being a warm and responsive first point of contact for prospective clients, new clients, and community members
- Being an informative and helpful resource for anyone that reaches out to us
- Answering and responding to phone calls, emails, texts,
- Tracking incoming referrals on a spreadsheet
- Adding new clients, and manage existing clients, using online software
- Scheduling and matching clients with therapists
- Connecting prospective clients with resources and other local providers
- Managing and maintaining confidential client information and adhering to all legal and ethical procedures regarding confidentiality
- Willingness to train in, and implement, procedures for high risk situations (including threat of danger to self or others)
- Community building tasks including social media posts (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn), delivering emails, flyers and cards to community partners

Preferred Qualifications
- Work experience related to mental health, parenting, coaching, counseling, child/family development, teaching, or holistic health
- Degree or current student in the areas of Psychology, Child/Human Development, Teaching, Counseling, Social Work, and Marriage and Family Therapy
Other Details Regarding This Position:
- Pay is $18 per hour
- Employee will be W2 status
- Part-time with room for growth
- Office-based in Cardiff-by-the Sea, California
- This is a long-term administrative position
